Altispex is a Southern Ontario aerial imaging and site-documentation company. We work with contractors, property teams and commercial real-estate professionals who need a clear visual record of places that are difficult, slow or incomplete to document from the ground.
Altispex began with a focused service: using drone imagery to document visible roof conditions. That work revealed a broader need. The same businesses responsible for roofs also manage estimates, active projects, exterior work, property portfolios, stakeholder updates and completion records—and much of that work depends on useful visual information.
We expanded Altispex around that need. Today, we provide high-resolution aerial photography, video and organized visual documentation for properties, projects and progress. Roof and exterior documentation remains part of what we do, but it now sits within a broader commercial service built around the client’s workflow.
